This creatine is normal creatine monohydrate, the most thoroughly studied and trusted variety.

It’s not powder, so it’s extra expensive and more of a pain to take.

Micronizing makes it combine with water easily, and be absorbed by the body quickly.

It has unnecessary additives, which add nothing to the product except to make it more pricey.

This is Creapure, a brand name with very high quality standards and rigorous production guidelines.

Generally speaking, it’s not a great supplement, and I would advise buying a different brand.

There are other good products in the market. My top recommendations are ISS Complete Creatine Powder, Optimum Nutrition Creatine Powder and ALLMAX Creatine Monohydrate.
EAS Phosphagen was the first high potency creatine supplement available to consumers. Other products were available to athletes and in low potency forms, but this was the first pure creatine product the average joe could by.

Being the first on the market, Phosphagen is a trusted, well known brand. I can fully recommend using this product.

It’s straight creatine monohydrate, not some new kind like estyl ether or kre alkalyn. Monohydrate is the most thoroughly researched, proven effective variety.

It’s powder, making it easy to take and cheap. The micronizing process makes it dissolve in water easily, and is easy on your digestive system.

It contains no unnecessary additives. Additives mostly serve as a marketing technique to set one manufacturers product apart from another’s.

It’s not Creapure, but it’s still a well known brand.

This creatine supplement is normal creatine monohydrate, the most studied and trustworthy variety.

It’s not powder, so it’s extra expensive and more of a pain to take.

It’s not micronized, so it won’t mix with water as well, or be absorbed as quickly.

It contains no additives or fillers, so you’re getting just what you need: pure creatine.

It’s not manufactured with Creapure, which is a brand name with very high quality standards and stringent manufacturing guidelines.

Generally speaking, it’s not a great supplement, and I would propose purchasing a different brand.

There are other good products in the market. My top recommendations are ISS Complete Creatine Powder, Optimum Nutrition Creatine Powder and ALLMAX Creatine Monohydrate.
This creatine is another great choice.

Creatine monohydrate is the most researched form of creatine. It’s been proven to work in study after study. ALLMAX is made with 100% pure creatine monohydrate. It’s powder, which is easy to take.

It’s also micronized, which makes it dissolve in water more easily, and has less chance of upsetting your stomach than gritty powders. It’s just creatine, with no unnecessary additives, another plus.

ALLMAX is made with Creapure, one of the most trusted brands of creatine out there.

When you decide whether to take creatine, I recommend checking out this product.

Click here to buy it on Amazon.

You can find many good deals on creatine, so compare products before buying. I also suggest ISS Complete Creatine Powder and Optimum Nutrition Creatine Powder as good options.

This creatine is another top recommendation. It fulfills all my requirement for a great creatine product.

It’s straight creatine monohydrate, the only form which has been proven to work. The fact that it’s powder makes it easier to take than pills, and more stable then liquid. Micronizing makes the powder mix well with water, for faster absorption and less stomach upset. ISS Creatine has no additives, just pure creatine, which is exactly what you need.

It’s not as well known as the Optimum Nutrition Creatine Powder, but both are made with Creapure, so they are both solid products.

Decided you want to try creatine? I can fully recommend this product. It’s got everything you want in a creatine.

Click Here To Buy It On Amazon

There’s many good creatine products out there. Several also have Creapure, so they are basically the same product. Two other good choices are ALLMAX Creatine Monohydrate and Optimum Nutrition Creatine Powder.

Clarence Bass is pretty well known in bodybuilding circles, but didn’t get started in it until his late 30′s. In 1978 he won his height class in the Past-40 Mr. America contest. The next year he won his height class in the Past-40 Mr. U.S.A, receiving the “Most Muscular Man”, “Best Legs”, and “Best Abdominals” awards.

For 16 years Clarence wrote a question and answer column for Muscle and Fitness magazine. He’s also written 9 books and created several DVDs explaining his philosophies on building muscle, increasing strength, losing fat, nutrition, and longevity. I highly recommend checking out his website. http://www.cbass.com/

When Clarence first heard about creatine he was skeptical. Most supplements are all hype, no results. But when people kept asking him about it he decided to give it a try. Almost immediately he started to see some results. Here’s what he wrote in his training diary.

“Started creatine loading dose today.” Four days later: “Weight up 1 3/4 pounds; could creatine have caused?” One week: “Snatches were snappier.” Eleventh day: Weight up another 2 3/4 pounds. Wow! Something is definitely happening here. Futrex [body fat computer] says I’ve gained 4 lbs. muscle.” Day 14: “Power cleans went up like a dream. Could feel it from 1st set. Creatine definitely helping.”

He also found it increased his endurance. Five days after he started on creatine he went for a hike on a trail he had timed himself on several times. His best previous time was 59:09. This time he hiked it in 51:26, an improvement of more than 7 minutes.

In his first year on creatine he put on almost 13 lb of muscle, and increased his strength substantially. This was in his 60′s, when muscle and strength gains generally come slower.

Clarence believes he responded so well to creatine because he consumes little meat. Studies have shown that vegetarians respond better to creatine than regular meat eaters. Meat eaters get quite a bit of creatine in their diet, where vegetarians get almost none.

Reading Clarence’s article on creatine made me decide to try creatine, and later on, create this website. Reading his website, you’ll figure out right away that he knows what he’s talking about. He’s interested in sharing what he’s learned and helping others, not just selling you something. I’ve tried to use the same approach here.

This creatine supplement is normal creatine monohydrate, the most studied and trustworthy form.

It’s not powder, so it’s more expensive and more of a bother to take.

It’s not micronized, so it won’t combine with water as well, or be absorbed as rapidly.

It has no additives or fillers, so you’re purchasing just what you need: pure creatine.

It’s not made with Creapure, which is a brand name with extremely high quality standards and stringent production guidelines.

On the whole it’s not a good supplement, and I would propose buying a different brand.

Click Here To See Reviews On Amazon.

There are other good products in the market. My top recommendations are ISS Complete Creatine Powder, Optimum Nutrition Creatine Powder and ALLMAX Creatine Monohydrate. These are all Creapure, a brand with very high quality standards. Look at the different options and see which one is the best deal.
