Why did I create Creatine Reviews Plus?
I started lifting weights in the fall of 2010. While looking around the internet for lifting routines and other information, I started to see a lot of ads for creatine and other supplements. That got me interested, and I started doing a little research.

I found out that creatine is one of the most popular supplements used by athletes and bodybuilders. Recent studies have revealed that 25% of pro baseball players and 50% of pro footballs players use it. A researcher at Penn State University estimated that 80% of athletes at the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta used creatine. With strong support from high level athletes, I started to wonder if creatine was worth trying.

I know a lot of other people are looking for straightforward answers to questions they have about creatine. Is it safe? Who should use creatine? What are the benefits? What are the side effects? How much should I use?

There’s a lot of good information out on the web, but there’s also a lot of hype. I’m trying to organize the good information and sift out the bad, for my own benefit and yours as well.

The goal of Creatine Reviews Plus is to provide you with clear, honest answers to questions you have about creatine.
