This supplement is not creatine monohydrate. It’s manufactured with one of the supposedly enhanced forms, which doesn’t have much investigation to support it.
It’s not powder, so it’s more expensive and more of a hassle to take.
It’s not micronized, so it won’t combine with water as well, or be absorbed as quickly.
It contains no additives or fillers, so you’re buying exactly what you want: pure creatine.
It’s not manufactured with Creapure, which is a brand name with very high quality standards and rigorous manufacturing guidelines.
Overall it’s not a great product, and I would suggest purchasing a different brand.
