This supplement is not creatine monohydrate. It’s made with one of the purportedly enhanced forms, which doesn’t have much research to support it.
It’s powder, so it’s simple to take and less expensive than different forms.
It’s not micronized, so it won’t combine with water as well, or be absorbed as quickly.
It contains no additives or fillers, so you’re purchasing just what you need: pure creatine.
It’s not made with Creapure, which is a brand with very high quality standards and rigorous production guidelines.
In general it’s not a great creatine, and I would suggest purchasing a different brand.
There are other good products in the market. My top recommendations are ISS Complete Creatine Powder, Optimum Nutrition Creatine Powder and ALLMAX Creatine Monohydrate. These are all Creapure, a brand with very high quality standards. Look at the different options and see which one is the best deal.
